Sadly Easter falls before our essential stalls can re-open but don't worry there is still and abundance of sweet and savoury goodies available. Chocolate, fudge, pastry, cakes (including vegan), eggs, fruit and veg, beers, wines and much much more The market is open on Good Friday and Easter Saturday from 8.00am until 3.30pm. If you know what you want why not order in advance and just 'click and collect'!!!

Celiacs find market haven

Newport Indoor Market now stock most products needed by celiacs who require foods prepared in a gluten free environment. Kerry Flavell at Newport Indoor Market started her stall some two years ago because two members of her family suffer from Celiac disease where the ingestion of gluten leads to damage in the small intestine. Kerry has plenty of experience when it comes to providing tasty meals for those with a gluten intolerance. Love at the bus stop!!

Our lovely Gill Perry (Gill’s Fish) went on a night out when she was 17 with her best friend, a few drinks later and on the way home they met two boys at the bus stop and arranged to meet them the following week! Gill didn’t go and as it turned out her date, John (who was 16), didn’t turn up either!
